Important Deadlines Required Pre-Application: May 31, 2013 Emailed to Anissa Rasmussen (anissa.rasmussen@nebraska.gov) or delivered to the Nebraska State Office Building, 4th Floor, with a signed receipt from DED staff by 5:00 PM CST. Postmark date will not be accepted. Full Application Deadline: July 19, 2013 Application must be postmarked by, or delivered to the Nebraska State Office Building, 4th Floor, with a signed receipt from DED staff by 5:00 PM CST.

  6. Pre-App Information The Pre-Application includes: • Part I, General Information • Part II, Funding Summary • Part III , Proposed Project Budget • One-page project summary

  8. Ch. 7 Part V: Project Design and Impact, Owner Occupied Rehab Program Guidelines & Program Income Reuse Plan, and Program Guidelines Additional Points

  9. Important Information • Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 55 points within the Pre-Application & Threshold Questions Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle. • In addition, failure of the Applicant to score 130 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the 2013 NAHP Cycle.

  10. Important Information Continued • ONLY local units of government classified as a municipality (i.e. City or Village) are eligible to apply. No county wide project. • The Application questions are locked. Altering the questions in any way, may result in a 20 point scoring deduction.
