  2. Lésion axonales diffuses • LAD : Lésion structurelles affectant surtout les axones de la substance blanche causée principalement lors des stress en accélération-décélération et aggravées par les mouvements de torsion. • Patron de récupération : • coma → agitation → confusion → APT
