CPV-search engine Incorporated at the Public Procurement Portal • Helps contracting authorities to define the subject of the contract • Makes it easier for bidders to find public procurements of their interest • Improves transparency • CPV: • Classification system for public procurement • - 10.000 codes • - Mandatory for contracts covered by the EU PP-directives

  4. CPV-search engine Approach: • Enter a free text e.g. cars. • Retrieve a list of potential CPV codes for cars • Choose the relevant CPV code/codes • Retrieve the contract notices linked to the CPV (only relevant for suppliers)

  5. Interactive test of knowledge (Quiz) • 30 questions and multiple- choice answers • Incorporated at the PPO website • Purpose: • Learn more about public procurement • Interact with the PPO-website

  6. Public Procurement Planner • Available at the PPO website • Helps create a timeplan for a public procurement - step by step • Respects the timelimits of the PPL

  7. Guidelines • Guidelines on public procurement - step by step approach: • One for bidders • One for contracting authorities • Guideline on pre tender dialog To be updated in line with the new PPL
