BUT … GOD is perfect and can! • Psalms 18:30 As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. • Everything he does is perfect • He can and did create a perfect plan of salvation • He created a “PERFECT CHURCH”

How, you might say? Simple, if you are God!

Built upon a “perfect” foundation • Apostles and Prophets are not the perfect foundation, not the foundation at all • Ephesians 2:20And are built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; • They laid the foundation but they are not the foundation • Difference between foundations of man and that which comes from GOD

But let every man take heed how he builds thereupon. 11For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
