Apple Picking. Lynd’s Fruit Farm October, 2008 Our Lady of Peace Elementary School Susan Gruber, Kindergarten. We took a school bus to Lynd’s Fruit Farm to pick apples!. For many of us it was our first trip on a school bus! What fun!.

  1. Apple Picking Lynd’s Fruit Farm October, 2008 Our Lady of Peace Elementary School Susan Gruber, Kindergarten

  2. We took a school bus to Lynd’s Fruit Farm to pick apples!

  3. For many of us it was our first trip on a school bus! What fun!

  4. We watched a slide show and drank apple cider. Then we visited the Lynd’s Fruit Farm Museum!

  5. Each of us picked our own bag of apples! We picked golden delicious and a few red delicious!!

  6. We saw two apple sorters. One was an antique and was part of the Lynd’s museum. One sorter was modern!

  7. When we got back to school we wrote about what we saw and what we did!

  8. What a beautiful day and a wonderful trip! Thanks to all!
