Analysis of Alternatives Decision Brief to the SPSRB Instructions / Guidance • This template will be used by NESDIS personnel to present an analysis of alternatives to the SPSRB. • The Analysis of Alternatives Decision brief will be assigned a suspense data for completion by the SPSRB Process Improvement Working Group (SPI WG). • Send briefing to Priyanka.Roy@noaa.gov and info copy Eileen.Maturi@noaa.gov, and David.R.Donahue@noaa.gov • The template is a guide and may require tailoring. However, adherence to the briefing outline is recommended because it ensures the SPSRB is presented the information needed to make decisions. • Guidance is contained in the notes page. You can access the notes page by selecting “View” and “Notes Page” from the main menu. • The SPSRB may request an Analysis of Alternatives Decision Brief to be presented to the SPSRB.
