Release of Examination Results Category C (June 2015 Series) Subjects 20 July 2015 (from 8:30 am)  Candidates Enquiry Online results (password will be distributed to candidates via schools on 15 July 2015)  Schools Collect Results Notices for Cat C candidates at HKEAA Southorn Centre office Enquiry Online results (password will be sent to schools via the School Information Management (SIM) at 8:30 am on 20 July 2015)

  9. On 20 July, download and unzip the file by using the new password provided via SIM at 8:30 am on that day.

Release of Examination Results Results will be disseminated to relevant institutions including the following at the same time (i.e. 7:00 am on 15 July 2015 and 8:30 am on 20 July 2015) : • JUPAS Office • VTC • Education Examinations Authority of Guangdong Province (廣東省教育考試院中國普通高校聯合招生 辦公室) • University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students, Taiwan, R.O.C. (台灣公私立大學校院海外聯合招生委員會)

  13. Release of Examination Results Private candidates • Receive results notice by mail • Login user account to view results online from7:00 am on 15 July 2015 until 2 September 2015 • View Cat. C results online from 8:30 am on 20 July 2015 until 2 September 2015 Applicable to both exam results and rechecking & remarking results

  15. Bad Weather Arrangements The same arrangement will be applied to results dissemination to relevant institutions.

Bad Weather Arrangements • Even though there is bad weather on 20 July (i.e. the day of release of results for Category C (June 2015 Series) subjects), the password for principals will be sent to schools via SIM as scheduled at 8:30 am on 20 July. Schools and candidates concerned can view the results online from 8:30 am on 20 July. • Schools can collect the results notices for their candidates after the service of HKEAA Southorn Centre office is resumed.

Application Procedures • Remarking of Chinese Language and English Language : -on a subject or component basis -subject basis includes written papers only but excludes speaking component - remarking of speaking component must be made separately during application • Rechecking / remarking of Mathematics: - Compulsory Part / Extended Part / Both Parts = ONE subject

  36. Waiver of Rechecking/Remarking Fees • For candidates with substantiated financial difficulties • Case by case consideration • Waivepart of the fees • Settle the full amount of payment first • Refund upon release of rechecking and remarking results

HKEAA 12/F, Southorn Centre Application for Waiving Fees • Candidates should hand in the Fee Waiver Application Form and the original of the supporting documents e.g. the document(s) of CSSA (綜合社會保障援助計劃) • Submit in-person to Southorn Centre office at 12/F Southorn Centre, Wan Chai • Submission period: 15 - 20 July 2015

Special Circumstances Request for Amendment of an submitted RR application • Write to HKEAA by email (rra@hkeaa.edu.hk) • By using the email address with school domain • Email title: • Request for Deletion of Submitted RR Application (School Code)(Candidate No.) • Email contents: • School code • Candidate number • Candidate full name • Candidate HKID number • Original RRA subject/paper • SEO / school teacher name & designation • SEO / school teacher contact number (school & mobile) • Reason for requesting the deletion

Special Circumstances Request for Amendment of an submitted RR application • Must be submitted by EMAIL with School Domain by the SEO • If there is no email address with school domain, a school letter with school stamp must be provided • HKEAA will reply the requestor by email within 1 working day (To: SEO, School Principal and cc the concerned candidate) *Latest submission by 12:00 noon on 20 July ; HKEAA will reply by 05:00 pm on 20 July • School has to re-submit the new application within the application period • Candidate has to settle the payment via the new Demand Note of the new application

Release of Rechecking & Remarking Results • The JUPAS Office will also be informed of the revised results on 12 August 2015. • Applicants with subject results upgraded may submit request for reconsideration of offer/“better” offer via the JUPAS online application system on 13 August 2015 (9:00 am to 6:00 pm).
