2. About me • My name is Ugne Gegznaite • I am 22 years old • I study social work, III grade in Mykolas Romeris university • I am communicative, friendly, activ person

3. My hobbies I like: • Reading a books • Dancing • Going to the theatre, museums, going to various events • Crochet • Meeting with my friends and go to walk, clubs, nature and so on • Driving with bicycle

4. My experience with volunteering • I have some experience with volunteering • I have experience in voluntary with children (7-13 years old) in “Bernardinai children day centre”. This day centre has total 15 children, but mostly attend centre 5 - 8 children My activities in day centre • I communicated with children • I helped do homeworks for children • Organized activities • Played games with them (painting, table games, draught, sports games and so on)

6. Also I had voluntary in “Family planned and sexual health association”. This is only non-profit organization, who focus on society sexual, reproductive health and rights in Lithuania • This association purpose - advocate and implement reproductive sexual rights for Lithuania people • The main tasks: Educate society about sexual and reproductive health and rights Pursue that would be strengthen reproductive heath juridical way

7. My activities in this association • I participated in movement Sing of life in Lithuania city centre. Sign of Life is a movement creating awareness and political commitment to the potential of African teenage girls. • Participated in training about sex education • Advocacy to youth • Went to school and invite learner to join us

8. Volunteering give me • I can be needful for children • More knowledge about children, youth people and their problems • New skills • Interesting activities • I spend a good and useful time • I get more self - confidence • I had important training • I become more courageous…

9. My experience about client into crisis • I had little experience about client into crisis • Children who attend “Bernardinai day centre” are insubordinate, they hardly can concentrate on their homeworks, often swear. These children are from social risk families and often experience crisis, they live in conflicted families. • Also children have not a good social skills, sometimes they have psychological problems (avoidance, low self confidence, reticence, aggression symptoms…)

10. I think that volunteering is very important for people who need help and also myself. I can get new knowledge, practice, improve my skills. Voluntary work means significant free help, important knowledge for me, what you can use in various fields. Also it is a good way to spend a time meaningful.
