Drop a FR method that doesn’t work (direct mail for example) • Shift a budget resource from one FR to another (a special event to spend more time on cultivating major donors?) • Change staff job description to capitalize on their strength and emphasize another FR area (people person from grant writing to cultivation) • Create a new FR strategy to expand donor base Use analysis to set new goals Drop – Shift – Change – Create

Did you accomplish your… Did you raise the amount of funds hoped for? Did your net proceeds exceed your hard-costs? Were they successful in raising pledges? How good were your promotional materials? Did you get any media coverage? What was the overall perception of the event? Did participants have a good time?
