What is EE4NJ? • Excellent Educators for NJ is an initiative to pilot a teacher evaluation system. • The new evaluation system will provide meaningful, actionable feedback to teachers and school and district leaders as they strive to help ALL students achieve success!
EE4NJ Training Timeline • January 30 – Faculty Meeting: Introduction/login to iObservation • February 6 – Faculty Meeting: Learning Map • February 8 – In-service (2 hrs): Common Language/Routine Events • February 9 – In-service (2hrs): Content • February 15 – In-service (2hrs): Enacted on the Spot/Summary
