Practical approach to the Implementation. • Identifies the activities required to complete the implementation process. • Creates guidelines and time frames which you and your HansaWorld & PSG consultant must adhere to. • Creates document templates which must be completed at each stage of the implementation. • Creates standard procedures and checklists to help you manage the implementation process.
