The basics, insurance • Each Train operator has their own system/rules on insurance for station adopters and does vary from ToC to ToC • Ask your contact at the ToC • The most up to date position on ToC Insurance cover as far as ACoRP know is posted on our website • The situation is different for Network Rails community volunteer scheme • Regulation of advice on insurance is covered by the Financial Services Authority.
Some Questions • Do we need insurance over and above what the ToC provide? • Is the cover I am being offered good enough? • Why do ACoRP not offer cover as part of the membership package?
