  3. You are not quite at school yet, on the bus, and the people sitting around you start to point and make fun of your clothes The bus pulls up at school, you: Get so angry at those making fun of you that you pick a fight with one of them Brush off what they say to you and find your friends

  4. You are seen by staff and are taken to the principals office. You get in trouble and are in too much pain and trouble to eat. Your lunch goes to waste. TRY AGAIN TO KEEP UP YOUR HEALTH AND GET YOUR LUNCH.

  5. You make it to school as the bell rings and have to run to make it to class. You make it all the way into the school and: You are so late you decide to not go to your class Run straight into the classroom Realising you are late wait outside for the teacher and explain what happened and why you are late top her class

  6. You make it to class to find your seat but ran in so quickly that: When you find your seat you have it pulled out from under you by those who laughed at you on the bus, you: Run out of the class embarrassed Laugh it off with the class

  7. You end up skipping all your classes in worry that they notice you skipping some classes and get in trouble. You feel so guilty that you do not eat and get yourself in a negative slump. You have achieved a bad physical and mental health for the day due to your own actions. TRY AGAIN TO ACHIEVE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH

  8. Unfortunately your classmates have made you day havoc. You are so embarrassed and ashamed that you sit alone by yourself for lunch and through the rest of the day. You have a healthy diet however have acquired a bad attitude which is not good mental health. TRY AGAIN TO ACHIEVE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH

  9. You make it to school on time. When you get off the bus to school, you: Run off with your friends to play sport Head straight inside to be ready for your first class

  10. You play sports with your friends. You have some time before the bell goes, you: Decide that you’re hungry and eat some of you lunch before first class. You get ready to go straight into class allowing yourself time to cool down and grab a drink.

  11. You have eaten most of your lunch before class. When it comes to lunch time you have little food left and burn out before the end of the day having no focus and attention for classes or after school sport. TRY AGAIN TO ACHIEVE A WELL BALANCED DAY

  12. You are set and ready for class. You have a good lesson and are keen to get out for lunch to play sport, you: You sit with your friends but notice a girl in your classes doesn’t join in with your game. And offer her to play. Sit with your mates all eating your lunches together ready to play sport at lunch. You run straight out to play sport first thing.

  13. You make it through the day having had no lunch. You make it through the day however you find you are exhausted and disinterested by second break and have a quick snack. You make it home and have some potato chips. You have made it through the day but on an unsubstantial diet and have burnt out all your energy. TRY AGAIN TO KEEP UP YOUR HEALTH AND GET YOUR LUNCH.

  14. You continue to play sports having had lunch. You make it through the day having had sufficient lunch and exercise.

  15. You sit and talk to the girl. You talk to this girl to discover that she does not have lunch and that her family does not play sport, which you don’t understand, you: Continue to talk to her and find out why this is so for her. Leave her be; she cant play sport so there’s nothing you can do. You tell a teacher what you know and hope she can help.

  16. You make it through the day however you neglect to help or understand others around you. You have made it through the day successfully however you are faced with the issues of another for which you neglect to recognise and understand their differences failing to be a good comrade to others. You recognise that its not right she have no lunch and sport isn’t really a factor in her life you: You insist she have something of yours to eat and help her feel included by teaching her the game they are playing. Understand and unsure of what to do tell a teacher and hope she can help. Make fun of her because she cannot play sport and is ‘too poor’ to afford food.

  18. You make this student cry and feel picked on. You have survived through the day however you have done a cruel act of publicly humiliating another one of your peers. TRY AGAIN TO KEEP UP YOUR HEALTH AND GET YOUR LUNCH AND DO THE RIGHT THING

It is left in the teachers care to ultimately have a positive long lasting effect on the student along with yourself having a good and healthy day.

  20. You have helped this student for the day and made her feel included. You notice over the coming weeks that this continues to happen and so continue to help this student, including bringing extra lunch ultimately having to tell someone and gaining help for her whilst she has gained a friend in you.
