WHAT DO I WEAR? • Conference/Breakout rooms will likely be cold • Polo shirts and slacks or similar for sessions • Casual for many evenings but ladies may wish to dress up a bit • Hospitality Lounge – Anything goes! • Home Hospitality – Casual • Conference Grand Opening - Smart Business/Cocktail • Government House – Smart Business/Cocktail • Governor’s Banquet – Dressy/Formal

WHAT’S ON THE PROGRAMME? • Tue am – Wed Midday P.E.T.S (Presidents-Elect Training Seminars • Wed pm – District Assembly (Membership) • Thu am – District Assembly (Foundation) • Thurs pm – Free time until… • Thu early evening – Conference Grand Opening • Fri – Conference Plenary and Breakouts • Sat – Conference Annual Business Meeting

WHAT SESSIONS CAN I ATTEND? • You can attend as many sessions as you wish but please note that PETS breakout seminars may be space-limited (All day Tuesday and morning of Wednesday) • All other Assembly and Conference sessions are open to all • Typically the day will start with a Plenary followed by breakouts on various topics from which you may select

WHAT SOCIAL EVENTS ARE THERE? • Hospitality Lounge – Open all hours after daily sessions (Wednesday onwards) • Home Hospitality – You will be hosted by local Rotarians in their homes (it is nice to take a small gift for your hosts – perhaps something typical of your local area) • Government House Reception – hosted by the Governor General of the Cayman Islands • Governor’s Banquet – Dinner and dancing, this is the grand finale of the conference and takes place on Saturday evening.

  8. WHAT WILL I LEARN? • Who’s Who in the District – you will meet 7020 Rotarians and District leaders as well as guest Rotarians, Zone Representatives and RI leaders. • Discussion on all aspects of Rotary in which you can take an active part • You will have some time to explore the local scene • IT WILL BE AN EXPERIENCE YOU WILL WANT TO REPEAT EACH YEAR!
