SiPM- silicon photomultiplier • It is array of about thousand of more smaller avalanche silicon photodiodes on the common substrate. and working on the common load. • They have many attractive characteristics: high gain, compactnes, low voltage and many others. But especially ineteresting property of SiPM - high one-photoelectron resolution. It is very valuable property allows to measure of amplification and to control the temperature dependence.
The number of coincidence • Nac=2*Nnoise*Nuse*Tr.t • Nac/Nuse=2*Nnoise*Tr.t.=2*10^6*100ns=0.2
At the same time, this module may be considered as instrument without the inherent noise and together with one additional such module at a certain distance from the first they will be small size muon spectrometert may to imagine the row of moduls on upper surface of any arrangement and another row on the lower one. All outputs of all modules go to electronic center. Any modules can take part in m any coincidences (not only with one partner). Modern electronics can understand in this multyformity. There are same problem with contact between the fiber and SiPM, when the connection is made through the long fiber. The SiPM is necessary to introduce directly inside of strip(together with microchipe of amplifier. It is possible to day.
CONCLUSION • SiPM—The well devices, but it has many dark noise • The noise is decreasing by coincidences, that proportional to noise*Tresolving. • 3We propose to use the coincidence of signals of two fibers, where fibers are nearly each other and T may be less 10ns, although usually T about 100ns. • Besides, the signals from fiber always slowly then noise pulses and it may be used for selection. • The suggestion may be realized in form separate module, disposed up and down of main system and may used as multitelescope. • The problems with contact between SiPM and fibers may be resolved by introduce of SiPM and amplifiers microchips inside of strip.
