Vision Statement The mission of the Housing Management Department is to provide professional property management services for the residents of HACFM communities. The vision of the Housing Management Staff includes compassionate and strict lease enforcement to diminish negative public perception of public housing. The Housing Authority will be creative and innovative in providing excellent customer service. Professional staff development will be on going to provide the skills necessary to meet the regulatory changes.
