  3. To inform all personnel in the Chemical Corps of current ARNG trends in: Training and Schoolhouses Deployments Training Priority Phased Mobilization Purpose

  4. Chemical Issue from SMDR - Fort Leonard Wood housing capacity will be constrained during FY05 due to 5,635 88M AIT students (current capacity is 4,200) Training and Schoolhouses

  5. It is no longer ‘IF’ you are deployed it is ‘WHEN’ No significant ARNG Chemical Unit Deployments upcoming this FY High Demand for Transportation and HET operators necessitates the cross training of Chemical Soldiers Deployments

  6. DMOSQ/RECLASS NCOES ASI Functional Load your Soldiers into school at every opportunity Training Priority

  7. Concept - units will have an appropriate amount of time to finish all individual training before collective training begins . . 90-120 Days …..…….. Reality - you will have about 45 days to conduct individual training (both in Title 32 and Title 10 status) Phased Mobilization

  8. Unofficial Sourcing X Day Time of Suspicion + 30 Days Alert enroute + 15 Days Alert / MOB enroute + 45 Days MOB / Soldiers 30 Day + 30 Days Individual Training + 45 Days Arrive MOBSTA 165 Days later Phased Mobilization

  9. Prepare your units now by sending as many Soldiers as you can for training Schoolhouses are prepared to make every effort to train as many Soldiers as possible ART-I will continue to provide resources for Chemical training as required Conclusion
