  3. NetHope Statistics • 38 large Non-Government Organization (NGO) members • Present in over 180 countries • With over 400,000 employees and many more extension workers • Managing more than US$40bill annual project funding • On average, spends ~2% on ICT annually

NetHope Cloud Services Portalhttp://cloudportal.nethope.org/ NGOs identify business needs or challenges that require a technology solution Business needs and challenges • NGOs use CSP 2.0 as a source to discover solutions to address the business need: • Product Catalog: Relevant to NGO community • Implementation Services • Education: Webinars, Case Studies, etc. • Collaboration: Discussion Forums, NGO Product Ratings / Reviews • Categorizations: Search/filter content based on NGO-relevant categories (NGO Sectors, Capabilities, NetHope Program Alignment) Solution Discovery Using CSP Implement, Operate NGOs implement and operate the solution, leveraging CSP 2.0 to access content and community support as needed NGOs feed back the outcomes through product reviews/ratings, discussions, or potentially webinars, case studies, etc. Outcome
