  2. In Greek mythology, the Titanswere a primeval race of powerful deities, descendants of Gaia (Earth) and Uranus (Heaven), that ruled during the legendary Golden Age. They were immortal huge beings of incredible strength and stamina and were also the first pantheon of Greco-Roman gods and goddesses. Introduction

  3. Cronus • Cronus was the titan of time & the king of the titans. He was married to the titaness, Rhea.

  4. Rhea Rhea was the tiatan of motherhood, comfort & ease.

  5. Oceanus • Oceanus was the titan of the sea.

  6. Tethys • Tethys was the titaness of fresh water & wife of Oceanous.

  7. Hyperion • Hyperion was the titan of light. his name means "he who watches above".

  8. Themis • Themis was the titaness of law & order.

  9. Metis Metis was the titans of wise counsel.

  10. Coeus • Coeus was the titan of intelligence.

  11. Krios • Krios was the titan of heavenly constellations.

  12. Atlas • Atlas was the titan general. After the war of the titans, Zeus punished him. so he had to hold up the sky.

  13. Prometheus • Prometheus was the titan of forethought & crafty council. He fought on the gods' side during the titan war, therefore he was not punished. he also gave fire to mankind.

  14. Mnemosyne • Mnemosyne was the titans of memory and the mother of Muses.

  15. Pheobe • Pheobetitanessof the Moon. She was also mother of Leto.
