EOY UAT Schedule Update Test Week 3 • EOY 1 Course Completion and EOY 3 Student Discipline • CALPADS Pre-production environment will be available daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. • An updated EOY UAT Known Issues and UAT Release Update were posted to the UAT FTP site on Wednesday 5/2/12 Recommended Testing Schedule for EOY UAT
EOY UAT Status Update • Test Week 3 and 4 • EOY 1 (Course Completion) and EOY 3 (Student Discipline) scheduled to be conducted • Notify when new SCTE file is available for testing (EOY 1) • Update EOY 1 and EOY 3 Execution log with testing progress • Continue testing EOY 2 and EOY 4 as needed
EOY 2 UAT Status Update • 40 out of 41 (98%) LEAs sent in at least one Execution Log for EOY 2 • Approximately 2/3 have tested the all functions including Online, Batch, Certification, and Reports
EOY 4 UAT Status Update • 14 out of 41 (35%) LEAs sent in at least one Execution Log last week • Approximately 25% have tested the Security and Online functions • Approximately 10% have tested Batch and 15% have tested the Certification and Report functions

EOY UAT Reminders • LEAs should report their progress to the CDE using the UAT Test Scenario Execution Log and emailing the updated log once a week on Friday to the CALPADS UAT Service Desk account • calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov • Please include the following in the title of the email: • “Execution Log 2011MMDD for XXXX ” • Where MM is and month submitted and DD is the day submitted and XXXX the name of your LEA • This Fridays Execution Log submittal should be titled as follows: “Execution Log 20110309 for Palo Alto Unified”
Next Steps • Complete execution (and retesting as needed) of the UAT Test Scenarios listed in the document located on the FTP site • Continue to review the updated Known Issues and Release Notes posted on the FTP site • Continue to report any issues or problems to the UAT Service Desk • Continue to submit Execution Log via CALPADS UAT Service Desk once a week (Fri by COB)

EOY UAT Service Desk Recap Reporting Problems to the Service Desk • LEA UAT participants should report all problems (potential defects, issues) as they are identified by emailing the UAT email account: • calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov NOTE: DO NOT report UAT problems through the CALPADS webform • When reporting a PROBLEM include the following in your email: • Subject • Your name • Phone number • Bread crumb • Describe what you were doing, what you expected from the system, and what happened Requesting Help from the Service Desk • LEA UAT participants should request Help by emailing the UAT email account: • calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov • When requesting HELP include the following in your email: • Subject (include the word “help”) • Your name • Phone number • CALPADS UAT user ID • Job # (if applicable) • Description of what you need help with 19
