Introduction • 2010 Member Survey identified that our most significant area of opportunity was mentoring new/young professionals • The goal of the program is to link HR professionals with new HR graduates, practitioners, employers, and individuals who are interested in expanding their knowledge and experience in HR or have a person that they can use as a sounding board for joint development.
