Supervisor logs student’s attendance/absence at a contact point on the pro forma Faculty Research Administratorsends reminder to supervisors to send pro forma Form is e-mailed to Faculty Research Administrator on bi-monthly basis. FRA checks students’ attendance at generic University Research Training against SITS record and marks if correct. Checks attendance at Faculty Research Events against registers. FRA puts copy of the form in the student file No absences Unauthorised absences No further action FRA notifies Director of Research Students Supervisor continues to log student’s attendance absence on existing pro forma
