  2. ART Project Abstract The ART project is funded fully through a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture. The project will make operational and administrative improvements to the accountability requirements of USDA in the administration of New Mexico’s child nutrition programs. The project includes extensive consulting services throughout the state, electronic learning modules to ensure consistency in meeting accountability requirements, and the purchase of an off-the-shelf software package to monitor federal accountability requirements and benchmark performance between districts.
