Tasks of Joint Co-ordinator (technical) • collecting original documents of candidates; • checking the documents accuracy and sending them to AMU; • validation of TG 2 and 3 candidates; • hosting the final selection meeting with organisation of logistics. Tasks of Joint Co-ordinator (independent) • correspondence with students concerning their visa and travel arrangements; • contacts with local EC delegations, ministries, embassies; • monitoring and collection of records concerning promotion events organised by all EaP partners; • participation in big events, organized by main actors and stakeholders in the field of HE; • work with media. Promotional Activities for TG1 and TG2 • Presenting EMINENCE project at all international conferences, hosted by partner universities; • Placing an EM stand at the main national and international education and career fairs; • Presenting the project at the official website of the Ministry of Education; • Dissemination of information within the National Tempus Office meetings.   8. Promotional Activities for TG3 • Work with Ministries, public organisations, NGOs etc. dealing with Internally Displaced Persons from Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees etc.; • Dissemination of information through social networks (Facebook, vKontakte etc.).
