Sensor certification • Measurement of common I-V and C-V for different types of detectors: • 62 x 62 current should not exceed 6 μA; • 62 x 42 - 4 μA; • 62 x 22 - 2 μA. • Capacitor leakage current measurement at 10 V and 20 V on both sides. • Measurement of strip current at 130 V and 150 V.
