Project Idea Context: • European lifespan is in continuous progression: average 8-9 years longer than in 1960 • Decline in the number of working age (15-64) : 6,8% (20,8 million) by 2030 =>two persons of working have to support one retired (+65) =>increase in the productivity and stress Solution to prolonging active ageing • Improving the working conditions: • Environment Monitoring : multimodal monitoring technologies (acoustic, vision…) to measure the job quality • Job satisfaction : performance (self-esteem…), accurate feedback… • Developing and maintaining skill and competence: knowledge sharing • Developing flexile and smart interface: adaptable to the person and environment profile AAL JP Call 6 Central InfoDay – Brussels, 6 february 2013
