Project interim financial report was submitted and approved in 02.2010. Comments from National Agency: • Next financial report deadline: 31.08.2010. • Report must be submitted for all first year period • Financial report + copies of all documents on financial expenses
Originals of letter of intent must be available at coordinator office • Staff costs and daily rates for staff costs must be equivalent to EK formulation of staff categories
WP7 activities • Submission of time sheets every month (signed) • Submission of salary calculation sheets • Submission of bank payment orders • Submission of documents on all financial expenses every month
WP7 activities • Submission of orders for travels • Submission of travel reports after every travel • Submission of all documents related to travel (tickets, hotel bill, etc.)
