JCLC TRANSPORTATION Submit your Request NLT T-60 to Brigade - Consolidate Travel - School Bus or Approved Government Carrier - Complete Trans/Billeting/Meals Request Form - all pertinent information to include vendor ID number. If cost >3K prepare 3953 - 3 separate vendors (Sole Source Justification) - vendors register CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) - Impact Check or >$2500 to Cadet Command Send to 4th Bde via email sylvia.greene@usacc.army.mil T+7 Provide brigade statement of services rendered or Receipt of Service (SF 1449) - 4th Brigade MOI T+8 Brigade processes payment Impact Check or >$2500 (process initiated at CC) <$2500 pay with brigade credit card

    19. JCLC MEALS Submit your Request NLT T-60 to Brigade - Meals enroute authorized. Most direct route >200 miles from school location - Coordinate meal cost with vendor – Heater Meals at http://heatermeals.com or 1-800-503-4483 - Complete Trans/Billeting/Meals Request Form - all pertinent information to include vendor’s POC. - Include requestor name, phone #, order date, quantity & items requested, total cost and school mailing address (parcel) Send to 4th Bde via email sylvia.greene@usacc.army.mil T-30 Brigade processes payment <$2500 pay with brigade credit card Shipped

    20. Cadet Cost Will not exceed $25.00 per cadet. (can charge less) - T-shirts - Awards - Chaperones ($250) - Unfunded Requirements (Lifeguards, Canoes, Wal-Mart, etc)\ - Organizational Day

    21. TRAINING GUIDANCE Train IAW CCR 145-2 . All exceptions must be approved by Fourth Brigade. Optional training is recommended. Math and Science is optional. Daily fitness training Safety always… Training Schedules and Risk Assessments must be approved by Brigade. Every effort is made to mitigate risk.
