3. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 3 SNAP APPTRACK Overview SNAP APPTRACK is the system that was implemented to track timeliness compliance of applications and reapplications as outlined in the lawsuit settlement
The court order states that 100% of SNAP applications must be processed timely (The order allows a 3% tolerance)
4. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 4 SNAP APPTRACK Upgrades SNAP APPTRACK is now a web-based application that offers a user-friendly format that will assist in providing more concise updates to the tracking system
Updates can be performed in real time after each batch; agencies can complete all updates
Compliant and non-compliant cases are easily recognizable
Reporting features allows a variety of data sorting options, enhancing application management capabilities

6. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 6 AEAUTF Batch Process Changes Changes in the authorization process for SNAP benefits:
The Immediate Issue Flag has been removed from the AEAUTF screen
Benefit and demographic files will be transmitted at each batch to EPPIC
Batch times are 9a.m., 11a.m., 1p.m., 3p.m., 5p.m., and 8p.m.
An edit on AEAUTF will require a “Y” in the “Issue EBT Card” field for all initial SNAP applications
An edit has been added to AEEBTC that requires the issuance of an EBT Card to the Primary or Authorized Representative at approval of an initial application.
7. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 7 Changes to the AEAUTF (authorization) screen:
The Immediate Issue Flag is removed from the screen
The benefit and demographic files are transmitted and sent in the next batch
An edit has been added that requires an EBT card is issued for all initial applications
8. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 8 An edit has been added to AEEBTC that requires a 1=Mail Card or 2=Vault Card Issued for a Primary or Authorized Representative when an initial application has been approved
AEEBTC screen is now stored for viewing in ADAPT and will no longer print
9. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 9 When a 2=Vault Card Issued is selected the system will display the automated Internal Action form for completion
10. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 10 Once the Internal Action Form is completed press the F7 key to save and automatically print the form
When F7 is pressed ADAPT will display the Notice of Action (AENOAS ) screen

12. AEWVER SCREEN The new SNAP Waiver Screen
13. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 13 SNAP Waiver Screen The AEWVER screen is displayed only when an EBT mail card is requested and one of the following conditions is present:
When an expedited case is authorized after Day 1
When a 30-day case is authorized after Day 24
When a 60-day case is authorized after Day 54
*Remember both conditions must exist to have
the SNAP Waiver Screen displayed

The AEWVER screen captures SNAP application information that is transmitted to APPTRACK to determine timeliness compliance
15. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 15 SNAP Waiver Screen IMPORTANT FACT:
The AEWVER screen will not display when an EBT vault card is requested
16. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 16 When all questions are answered with “N” (no):
The question “Are you sure …” will display
If the answer is “Y” (yes) six business days are added to the SNAP program request date
If the answer is “N” the screen redisplays and an opportunity to reenter the information is provided
17. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 17 If answer is “Y” to the 1st or 2nd question on AEWVER the *Benefit Delivery Date field will display; this date is pre-filled, but can be changed.
When changed:
The date entered cannot be greater than the current date
The date entered cannot be less than the SNAP Program Request Date
*The Benefit Delivery Date is the date the case was authorized for SNAP benefits Check this for accuracyCheck this for accuracy
18. SNAP APPTRACK in ADAPT 18 The Benefit Delivery Date is pre-filled with the date benefits were authorized, this field may be updated if necessary; transmitting off the AEWVER screen populates the APPTRACK system gathering the timeliness data of the application process
