CFR: Our Mission To facilitate collaboration between Tufts University and key institutional partners and to nurture ongoing, mutually beneficial relationships
Huh…? What does this mission mean? In this presentation, we’ll offer a refresher on the who, what, when, how and where of Tufts Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR). We’ll also use case studies to illustrate how we build mutually beneficial partnerships with faculty and staff.
CFR: Who & What • CFR assists Tufts faculty and staff with identifying potential funding sources for their programs and research. We do so by: • Building relationships with potential funders• Developing fund-raising strategies• Writing grant proposals• Helping you comply with reporting and other requirements• Offering stewardship services such as acknowledgements and reporting • Our Associate Directors work with the Deans of their assigned areas to set funding priorities for each school. We also work directly with investigators and staff.
