West Java EarthquakeHandover indicators Emergency shelter • Clear assessment of: • remaining emergency shelter need • Gap analysis • and a strategy in place with agencies addressing those needs • Sufficient prepositioned stocks for sever rain impact • Identification of Most Vulnerable groups and an agreed strategy for dealing with their needs • Handover mechanism for ongoing shelter coordination • Emergency shelter assessments and distribution to all desa with over 5% damage Interim shelter • Interim shelter programs in place for all “IDP’s” • Identification of vulnerable families in need of Improved interim shelter and a strategy in place to deal with their needs • Analysis of families living in remnant structures • Permanent shelter • Clear plans in place for Public Outreach to the entire affected area • Tools and training???? • Coordination • An organisation or governemnet agency has been identified and has agreed to take over ongoing coordination • Agreement has been reached on resources needed for ongoing coordination • The new agency has actual real resources on-ground and is ready to start operating
