  3. History: IndaminSaipa Shock Absorber MFG. Company, with 16720 square meter area, is the first manufacturing factory in Iran producing shock absorbers for different types of heavy and light vehicles. It was founded in 1970 and started working in 1976. Home

Having signed the contract with Armstrong Company , IndaminSaipa started to acquire necessary technical knowledge for industrial activities by installing machineries under the supervision of Armstrong Company. After achieving all necessary technical knowledge and experiences and cooperating with reputable foreign companies, IndaminSaipa started to manufacture different types of shock absorbers based on the customer's order and different standards.   5. Certificates : IndaminSaipa Co. achieved ISO 9002:94 from SGS Company in 1998 and this certificate was extended in 2002 based on the standards of ISO 9001:2000 by TUV SAARLAND and SGS companies. In 1381, IndaminSaipa Co. achieved ISO/TS16949:2002 from MIC Co. which has been approved and extended for a period of ten years. After that in 1391, DQS Co. approved that the quality management system of IndaminSaipa MFG. Co. is quite based on the standard requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009. Home

Product Control : Inspecting and controlling the manufactured products in IndaminSaipa are done by the Quality Control Department with its subunits including "Process and Received Parts Control", "Final Control" and "After Sales Services Quality Control" and by measuring shock absorbers' specifications and doing Performance and Durability Tests in the laboratories. Home

  7. The experienced experts in the Quality Control Department check all parts received from different suppliers according to the available map and control plan. They also have direct supervision on the production process by their continuous presence in the suppliers' factories. Home

  8. Product and process audits and calibration of the suppliers' tools and gages are also done by the experts of this department and with the cooperation of the suppliers' Quality Control Department. This department uses various fixtures and gages in order to control the parts precisely. In the Process Control Unit, damping tests at different speeds are done for all shock absorbers by Graph devices which have been approved by SazeGostar Company. Further, the competent technical experts in Final Control and After Sales Services Control Units, who are always present in SaipaYadak central agencies, collect the consumers' feedbacks regarding the quality of products and consider them in order to increase the quality of products and customer satisfaction.   9. Laboratory : IndaminSaipa Co. has achieved for testing different types of shock absorbers from Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran. The well-equipped Laboratory Unitis able to do 3D measurements for CMM and VCM parts and roughness test, hardness test, thickness test of different layers of paint and chromium, shock absorber noise test, mechanical tests for metals, salt spray test, chemicals and rubber test, calibration of different measurement tools, and damping test.   10. Devices used for durability tests have National Standard, KES Standard of Korea, and MES Standard of Japan. For the time being, implementing the requirements for ISO/IEC 17025 Standard is being done in the laboratory. Home

Twin TubeGas-Oil Shock Absorber The performance of Twin Tube Gas-Oil Shock Absorber which are also called Gasmatic shock absorbers is basically similar to gas and twin tube shock absorbers.   35. تـاریـخچه شرکت : شرکت کارخانجات کمک فنر ایندامینسایپــابــا مساحت 16720 متر مربع نخستین کارخانه تولید کننده کمک فنرهای انواع خودروهای سبک و سنگین در ایــرانبــوده که در سـال 1349 تــأسیس شد و از سال 1355 شروع بـه بهره برداری نموده است. فهرست

  36. اخذ دانش فنی مورد نیاز برای شروع فعالیت صنعتی با انعقاد قراردادی در سال 1971 با شرکت انگلیسی آرمسترانگ صورت پذیرفت و شروع فعالیت صنعتی با نصب ماشین آلات و تحت نظارت شرکت آرمسترانگ آغاز گردید و متعاقب آن با توجه به دانش فنی اخذ شده و تجربه حاصله و همچنین همکاری با شرکتهای معتبر خارجی اقدام به ساخت انواع کمک فنر بر اساس سفارش مشتری و استانداردهای مختلف تا به امروز نموده است. فهرست

  37. گواهینامه ها : شرکت کارخانجات کمک فنر ایندامینسایپا در سال 1377 موفق به اخذ گواهینامه سیستم کیفیت ISO 9002 : 94 از شرکت SGS و تمدید این گواهینامه بر مبنای ISO 9001 : 2000 در سال 1381 تواماً از شرکتهای TUV SAARLAND و SGS گردید. طی سال1381 شرکت موفق به اخذ گواهینامه ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 از شرکت MIC گشته و این انطباق طی دوره ده ساله توسط شرکت فوق الذکر تصدیق گردیده است . در ادامه در سال 1392 انطباق سیستم مدیریت کیفیت شرکت کارخانجات کمک فنر ایندامینسایپا بر اساس الزامات ISO 9001 : 2008 و ISO / TS 16949 : 2009 توسط شرکت DQS مورد تصدیق قرار گرفته است . فهرست

  38. کنترل محصولات : بازرسي و كنترل محصولات توليدي در شركت توسط واحد كنترلكيفيت با زير مجموعه هايكنترل قطعات ورودي و فرآیند ، كنترل نهایی و نظارت بر كيفيت خدمات پس از فروش و همچنین با اندازه گيري مشخصات كمك فنر و تست هايعملكرد و عمردر حوزه آزمایشگاهها ، انجام می پذیرد . فهرست

  40. مميزيهايفرآيند و محصول و نیز کالیبـــراسیونابـــزارها و گیجهــایتامينكنندگان توسط كارشناساناين واحد با همكاريكنتـــرلكيفيتتامينكنندگان انجام مي شود . اين واحد جهت دقت در كنترل قطعات از گيجها و فيكسچرهايمتنوعي استفاده مي نماید. در حوزه کنترل فرآیند تستهای نیروی میرایی کلیه کمک فنرها با دستگاههای گراف که توسط سازه گستر صحه گذاری گردیده است ، در سرعتهای مختلف مورد تست قرار می گیرد همچنین واحد کنترل نهایی و خدمات پس از فروش با استفاده از كارشناسانفني مجرب که در نمايندگيهای مرکزی سايپايدك حضور مداوم دارند ، با اخذ دیدگاههای مصرف کنندگان نسبت به انتقال بازخوردهای کیفی در محصولات اقدام نموده تا موجب ارتقاء کیفیت و رضایتمندی شود . فهرست

  41. آزمایشگاه : شركتاينداميندارايگواهيتاييديهصلاحيت از موسسه استاندارد و تحقيقاتصنعتيايران در خصوص تست انواع كمك فنر مي باشد.اين واحد با توجه به تجهيزات موجود امكان انجام اندازه گيري سه بعدي قطعات (CMM ) و (VCM ) و تست هايزبريسنجي ،سختيسنجي ، ضخامت لايههاي مختلف رنگ و كروم،تست صدايكمك فنر ،آزمونهای مکانیکی فلزات ، تست سالت اسپری ، تستهای لاستیک و مواد شیمیایی ، كاليبراسيون ابزارهای اندازه گيري و همچنین تست نيرويميرايي را دارد. فهرست

  43. انواع متداول کمک فنرهای تولیدی شرکت : امروزه متداولترین انواع کمک فنرهای مورد استفاده در خودروهای متعارف را می توان به دو دسته تقسیم کرد: - کمک فنرهای روغنی دو لوله ای(Twin Tube) - کمک فنرهای روغنی-گازی که خود به دو دسته تک لوله ای(single tube) و دو لوله ای (Twin Yube) تقسیم می شوند. فهرست

  44. کمک فنرهای روغنی دو لوله کمک فنرهای دو لوله ای که به آن اصطلاحاً کمک فنــرتلسکوپی نیز می گویند از دو لوله و دو سوپاپ عبور روغن که یکی ثابت و دیگری متحرک است تشکیل می شود. کمک فنرهای روغنی و گازی دو لوله ای عملکرد کمک فنرهای روغنی – گازی دو لوله ای که کمک فنرهایGasmatic نامیده می شوند اساسا مشابه کمک فنرهای روغنی و دو لوله ای است با این تفاوت که با ایجاد تغیراتی در قطعات مجموعه آب بندی امکان تزریق گاز به داخل این نوع کمک فنر بوجود آمده است. فهرست
