  1. A Guide to Making Screens A quick guide to making screens for Natasha in order to make her life easier!

  2. Step 1 • Make slide in Powerpoint

  3. Step 2 • Go to Design, then page setup • Make sure the dimensions are 4:3, click ok

  4. Step 3 • Save as a JPEG file

  5. Step 4 • Open Jpeg file you just created • Click edit pictures at the top

  6. Step 5 • Click resize on the sidebar that comes up

  7. Step 6 • Click on the custom bullet • Change the dimensions to 1150x865 (pixels) • Click OK • SAVE!!

  8. Step 7 • Email the new resized and saved JPEG to Natasha • Send it to Natasha at asavpcom@ualberta.ca by Tuesday night because she updates the screens on Wednesday Morning! • Thank you!!
