Good Practice / Arfer Da Amgueddfa’r Glannau Abertawe - • Cafodd llong yr Arandora Star ei suddo gan un o longau tanfor yr Almaenwyr ar 2il Gorffennaf 1940 • Collodd 800 eu bywydau • Arddangosfa’n cynnwys arteffactau ac orielau Swansea Waterfront Museum- • Arandora Star was sunk by German torpedo on 2nd July 1940 • 800 souls lost • Exhibition composed of artefacts and galleries

Pupil Experience / Profiad Disgyblion Ymweliad Myfyrwyr Bagloriaeth Cymru ag Amgueddfa’r Glannau, Abertawe Amrywiol brofiadau Perfformiad yn Theatr Dylan Thomas, Abertawe – wedi’i ddilyn gan sesiwn cwestiwn ac ateb gyda myfyrwyr Sgwrs gan ymchwilydd/archifydd yn edrych ar ffynonellau cynradd Ymweliad â’r arddangosfa ac orielau’r amgueddfa Cyfleoedd i chwarae rôl, defnyddio perfformwyr, ailgreu, defnyddio arteffactau. Welsh Bac Student visit to Waterfront Museum, Swansea Variety of experiences Performance at Theatr Dylan Thomas, Swansea – followed by Q & A with students Talk by researcher/archivist looking at primary sources Visit to exhibition & museum galleries Opportunities for role play, use of performers, renactment, use of artefacts.
