MISSION AND ORGANIZATION Mission: To reduce the flow of arms, related material and mercenaries to Libya, as called for in UNSCR 1973 as part of NATO’s contribution to the broad international effort to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas in Libya under threat of attack.
