Process Improvement Initiative • 10-member Process Improvement Team August 2011 • RupySawhney, Consultant U of TN - Knoxville • Existing and proposed process mapped December 2011 • Team submits report to CIS Management December 2011 • Major limitations of current process are due to age and design of the current Argonne Publication Electronic Clearance system. • Team recommends new online system reflecting the recommended process streamlining • Business Operations Council Presentation February 2012 • Project Approved and Funded June 2012 • Pilot Testing March 11, 2013 Argonne Research Library
