Thursday morning • Workshop 1 • What have you learned (concerning entrepreneurship)? • How did it benefit your enterprise?   • Plenum: explain the workshop and create groups • Five groups • One theme per group (financial, sales & marketing, operational, HR, general) • Per group • Every participant proposes 2 “lessons learned” • The group selects a top 5, expressed in one-liners • Write result on flipchart • Plenum: presentation of top 5 most interesting lessons learned & best practices for each group (theme)

Thursday afternoon • Workshop 2 • What have you learned (concerning Plato)? • Plenum: explain the workshop • Per group: (per country) • Every participant proposes 2 best practices & 2 pitfalls • The group selects a top 3 of best practices and a top 3 of pitfalls, expressed in one-liners • Write result on 2 flipcharts: what advice would you give to new Plato groups (Do’s & Don’ts)? • Plenum: presentation of conclusions for each group

Friday morning • Workshop3 • How will you continu (within your own Plato group)? • Plenum: explain the workshop • In group: (per country) • Every participant proposes 2 topics • The group defines a list of priorities • The group defines eventually new arrangements • Write result on 1 flipchartWhat will we do the next half year?Arrangements + next 5 (to 10) topics for groupmeetings • Make picture and take home

  8. Keep in touch! • Final workshop: Keep in touch! • Plenum discussion: how will we stay in touch? • E-mail, phone, linkedin, facebook, visits.. • Link now! • Setup links with pencil, smartphones & laptops
