  1. Welcome to CCC Bimonthly Meeting 2 April 2013 CCC meeting room Vision:A strong and capable civil society, cooperating and responsive to Cambodia’s development challenges

Key Achievements – Component 1 Screened 16, awarded one certificate and followed up seven the VCS applicants Drafted concept note for reviewing the Code VCS Developed Zero Corruption Tolerance Held a reflection workshop with eight Plan’s Partners Received VCS annual fees in the amount of USD5,744 from 15 certified NGOs

  3. Key Achievements – Component 2 • Completed materials developments for CPAR, ARO, APARO, and GPA training course. • Developed a 3year strategic plan for CSO capacity development and learning • Facilitated three learning forums with participants from members • Conducting CPAR training in BBT with 15 participants from 7 organizations and local authorities.

  4. Key Achievements – Component 3 • Finalized draft report of 2012 CSO Contribution to Development of Cambodia • Conducted two regional consultations in Kampong Cham and BTB on Beyond 2015 • Voiced out of CSOs in Cambodia at regional, and international levels (ADA – BKK, Bali High Level Platform, and Bonn Conference)

  5. Key Achievements – Component 3 • Influenced thinking and practices of DP and Government at TWG retreat and consultation process • Drafted concept notes on political debates, and a series of workshop on CSO governance • Received five new applications for CCC membership.

  6. Institutional Development – Enabling Goal • Annual General Meeting successfully conducted • One staff left (HoO), recruited three incumbents (LS, HOO, and VCCM), searching LDO, HOP and COMS • Regularly conducted Friday learning for staff members • Formed internal team to safeguard compliance with GPP standards • Become members of ADA, and IFP, and signed MoU with TIC

  7. Next key milestones (April - June) Four of many key activities require active engagement from CCC members: • Revising Vision 2015 and GHP • CCC bi-monthly meetings and learning forums • Strategic membership meeting in 2 April • Raising funds for fulfill the gap of 2013 and for 2014 and beyond
