What is the AV Program? • Support and facilitate NCPs’ access to and visitation with their children. • Mediation; Counseling; Parent Education; Parenting Plans; Supervised Visitation; Neutral Drop-off/Pick-up. • Since 1996.
Who Runs AV and at What Cost? • All States—CSE Agencies (30); AOC (12); Social Services (11); Governor’s Grants Office (1). • 374 court and CBOs, non-profits. • ACF. • $10 million/year; 25 States at the $100,000 minimum; 10% State match.
