Messaging Service Messaging Service • Four types of questions are available • Administrative • Technical • Parts/Products • Warranty • The questions posted on the Web site are automatically sent by email to a correspondent of the manufacturer • The manufacturer consults and answers the message with the usual messaging software (Lotus, Exchange, ccMail.)
Documentation Search • Three methods of searching are available: • By product reference • By product family • By usage case
Documentation Search by Product Reference • The user indicates the beginning of the required reference • A list of the related products is displayed • The user can then view the associated documentation or specifications
Documentation Search by Product Family • The user can select • The manufacturer • The model • The family, then the sub-family • The list of the products available on AGORA is displayed
Documentation Documents • For each home appliance users can have access to: • The bill of material • Technical or commercial documentation (exploded view, diagram, user manuals, …)
Documentation Selecting a Part • From the bill of material or the documentation, users can add a part to his order basket or have access to additional information: • Price • Availability • Replacement part # • …
Warranty claims Warranty claims • Users must : • indicate the home appliance reference • Then fill-in the form • According to the wishes of each manufacturer, validity checks of information are carried out on-line by AGORA • The report is then sent to the manufacturer for treatment
Warranty claims Deposit a file (1) • A function is available on AGORA so customers can upload a file prepared by third party software • For this it is necessary: • To use software compatible with AGORA • To record from this software the reports in a file • Then to upload this file on AGORA
Warranty claims Deposit a file (2) • After transfer, the list of the reports present in the file are displayed on AGORA • They can be controlled immediately and can be corrected on-line • These reports are then sent to the manufacturers in the usual way
Warranty claim Follow-up of the treatment • AGORA also makes it possible to follow the treatment of each reports • The information provided by the manufacturers makes it possible to know the status of the report and if one were accepted or refused
Orders Direct data entry • This screen allows you to add parts in the basket to prepare an order • The technician can search for any type of references without specifying the manufacturer • Information is checked before it’s added to the basket
Orders Search for parts • The technician can also search for a part by using the beginning of the reference. • All parts found are accessible by a simple click
Orders Deposit an order file • The repairer can also deposit a command file prepared by other software. • This prevents retyping orders already prepared by a third party software
Orders Order Basket • The parts selected on the site are put on standby in a “Order basket" • The repairer can thus select throughout the day the desired parts and validate the order once per day
Orders Validate an Order • During the validation of the order, the following information is required: • Delivery address • Delivery method • Customer order number • The order then is transmitted to the manufacturer
Orders Order Follow Up • A screen makes it possible to follow the treatment of the orders by each manufacturer • The provided information includes: • The status of the order • The manufacturer’s order number • Parts delivered or in remainder • The estimated delivery date • The status for each line (received, in preparation, delivered…)
