  2. What is EndNote, how can it help me and how can I get it? EndNote® is a powerful software application that is used to manage personal databases of citations from sources such as journals, books or web sites. EndNote is compatible with most of the major UK Libraries databases. Selected database references can be easily downloaded into EndNote. Bibliographies and manuscripts can be created using EndNote, then easily formatted in a wide range of publication styles, including APA, MLA, Chicago and most major medical journals. The software is loaded in all UK Student Computing Labs. A campus-wide EndNote site license allows all current University of Kentucky faculty, students, and staff to download the latest version of EndNote from a secure campus server at the following URL: https://download.uky.edu Authentication, via Link Blue, is required to download the software. The easiest way to find EndNote after log-in to the Download site is to type the word EndNote in the gray search box.Be sure to comply with all legal provisions required by the site license.
