What We Look Like: 2014-2015 • 107 Clubs, 8,540 Members in all provinces • MedianClub Size = 58 • 36% of Clubs are between 50-100 members (35% last year) • Nextlargest group: 23% are Small Clubs -30 or less(20% last year)

2014-2015 Initiatives Sustainability • 8 Membership Conference Calls • 31 clubs, including 8 small clubs; ideas from calls circulated to all clubs and posted on website • Small Club AGM Grants (3 full; 6 partial with help from AGM attendee donations) • 13 Special Project Awards • 12 Membership Increase Awards • 14 New Member Awards (6 of which got member increase awards • Club Resources: online material reviewed & to be consolidated in one location (ongoing)
