Minority Proposals (3% total) Cap the percentage of pupils transferring to the two colleges (eg. up to 40%) to raise Craigavon SHS numbers and funding. Introduce a single standardised system of assessment and transfer at 14+. Replace the two-tier system with 11-16/18 schools as in the rest of N Ireland. Adopt separate solutions for Lurgan and Portadown given the smaller pupil numbers in Lurgan.
