2010 VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE CONTEST RULES • Only Rank and File members may compete for the prizes • Only New Registrations will count towards the totals • Each local union will be responsible for keeping track of who turns in the registration forms at the worksites • The totals will be updated bi-weekly • Prizes will be awarded in each Joint Council
