Why us? • Will be hosting in same venue, smooth transition with city, town, businesses • Somewhat centrally located • Full race weekend- TTT, Crit, Road Race • People happy with last year’s event
Lee Time Trial • 14 miles - 7 out, 7 back. • Slight uphill return trip, total elevation difference of about 200 feet • Parking at or near staging area • Convenient bathrooms
Downtown Dover Crit • .6 mile mostly flat route • Slight uphill finish • Wide finish stretch • Bathroom locations at start finish • Good locations for trainers to watch race • Near many restaurants, delis and merchants
Downtown Dover Crit • Dover is beautiful, great for spectators • Chance to show off to spectators • Local businesses happy with the idea • Host hotel 200 feet from course • Start mere blocks from delicious La Festa Pizzeria
Strafford Road Race • 10.3 mile loop • 761 ft. elevation gain over single lap • 400 ft. elevation gain up 3 mile finish climb • Two challenging climbs- Nippo Lake and Parker Mt. Road • Parking and facilities at NH National Guard • Pasta dinner after the race • Updates to course for Spring 2005
Things we did well • Races went off on time, or very close to it • Relatively smooth registration • Races all close to each other, ease of lodging • Crit not at a race track • Crash free
