Calling When you hear the word recruit, what are the first few words that come to mind? What are the first few words that come to you when you hear the word invitation?
Calling Think back about the last three “invitations” you extended. Did you ask someone to simply fill a position, or did you cast a personal vision? How will you do it differently next time? Does the principle of selecting people to get a good ministry fit seem too exclusive? What is wrong with just taking anyone who wants to serve?
