DATA FORMATS AND DELIVERY • Vaisala should be able to deliver multiple data formats. • The formats need to either defined across all agencies • or by each individual agency. • The key to this initiative is providing technical contacts • for our network engineers to work with. • For both technical and commercial considerations • alternatives to centralized data delivery should be • implemented.

  3. PacNet vs Long Range Data • Where we are today: • The existing procurement contract includes the Long Range (LR) data, but does not include PacNet (priced as a separate line item) • We currently deliver LR+PacNet data to the Gateway over the x25 link, as a continuation of the “Evaluation Period” for the AWC • PacNet included for no additional cost • Clinton Wallace/AWC have expressed ongoing interest in PacNet

PacNet Data • Where we need to go in the near future: • Confirm Government intention on purchasing PacNet data • If decision is to not to purchase • Set date for disconnection of data • Inform AWC • Vaisala stops PacNet data delivery • AWC terminates IR:Ltg product delivery • If decision is to purchase • Make arrangements for integrated data delivery • Collaborate on data formatting and delivery issues

CONTRACT ISSUES - MISSING DELIVERY ORDERS 10/1/04 -1/12/05 • ALDARS (AWOS) $64,980.00 • Maritime $16,807.00 • Avia Wx Ctr $257.00 • FAA ARTCC Comm $5,397.00 • Volpe $1,470.00 • NASA Johnson $4,410.00 • NASA Marshall $1,727.00 • BLM $83,816.00 • These delivery orders and outstanding invoices must be paid by 6/30/05.

  7. CONTRACT ISSUES - OUTSTANDING DELIVERY ORDERS • FAA • BLM • NASA • To maintain service these delivery orders must be received no later than 6/30/05.
