  2. wemet people making their city a better place whilst other people helped them rather than hindered them it made us ask could we make Liverpool?

  3. wemet people working in partnership with local authorities government universities & private landlords there was a real sense of collaboration and no one was territorial about their own domain they all wanted to make Rotterdam a better place for everyone
