  3. Goal 1: attain campus-wide involvement and participation • Provide venues for conversation • Use incentives • Share successful models

  4. Goal 2: facilitate student outcomes of the “SIICR” Vision • Clearly communicate expectations • Prepare students • Promote and ethos of inquiry

  5. SIICR* (“seeker”) Senior Inquiry for the Common Good * Substantial Inquiry  Integration  Communication  Reflection 

  6. Goal 3: create and institutional culture of inquiry • Maintain tenacity and persistence • Increase and expand resources • Increase interdisciplinary interactions

  7. Agenda for Action • Consult with the Dean and SITF • Share with Natural Science Division • Expand the “Celebration of Learning” • Seminars to demonstrate research models • Offer grant writing workshops
