Sr. Remedy Developer ( EUS ) Location: Bangalore Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Position Brief: Senior Remedy Developer required to assist in the development and support of the Schneide Electric’s BMC Remedy team, who are responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the multiple integrated BMC products within the Schneider Electric. The current BMC Remedy platform is the BMC IT Service Management Suite (ITSM) v.7.6 product suite and associated products. Validation & Verification Engineer (Code- 170510-1: R&D, ISC) • Location: Bangalore • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech • Experience: 8-10Years • Position Brief: Developing and refining test processes, techniques, methodologies, disciplines and measurements in • the organization and assigned projects; Actively promoting and improving testing principles and disciplines and seek • feedback on effectiveness of testing processes; Measuring and reporting the project progress and risks, and the • product quality results throughout the stages of the development life cycle relating to testing as outlined in the • development methodology and testing life cycle; Increase the testers’ participation in User Requirement Definition • Phase, Design Phase, Integration testing and component testing with the developers; Identifying the Testing capability • required to meet current and future project demand in all technical disciplines; Developing more quality and skilled • testers according to the Role Based Initiative program; Ensuring the Testing environment has the right tools (manual • and/or automated) in place enabling testers to deliver a consistent and quality output in order to, provide a longer • term planning on building n longer term sustainability, scalability and expandability V&V organization; Document test • processes to intranet; Document test disciplines and methodologies to intranet; Enhance and maintain Knowledge • Management of the GTCI test capability; IN ORDER TO, draw a basline on the V&V maturity level of the current • situation and then focus on continuous improvement working toward achieving Centre of Excellence in V&V. • Others: At least 2 years managing large system testing; At least 2 years of experience in the implementation of • Automated Test infrastructure and techniques • *Key Highlights: 8-10 years of V&V experience in the area of R & D / software development: 3 - 5 years of experience • managing a team of 8-12 people Back to Locations
